This is the privacy statement regarding the processing of personal data of Variopool B.V. and its subsidiaries, located at 1724 BG Oudkarspel at Haarspit 3 (hereinafter: Variopool B.V.), www.variopool.nl. The subdomains concern Variopool.com, Varioplay, Variodeck, Variomedic, and Holland Aqua Sight.
Applicability

We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore take the greatest possible care in handling and protecting personal data. Variopool B.V. is the controller within the meaning of the AVG with respect to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what way. In this privacy statement, we explain what data we process and for what purposes they are used.

Variopool B.V. will process your personal data only where there is a valid legal basis for doing so. Depending on the circumstances, the processing may be based on:
