Our company has a number of divisions, each with its own projects. Whether it is a movable pool floor or underwater windows for private pools, we can produce and install it. Every week, our teams are on the road to new projects, which can be anywhere in the world. One week we are working in the Netherlands, but the next week our mechanics are on a plane to a faraway country.
Large projects, small projects
The past period we have been working again, and we have produced an acrylic underwater window for a customer who lives on the beautiful island of Ibiza. The customer wanted an underwater window which would allow him to look directly into the swimming pool from a room. The customer also wanted to be able to watch a film in the same room, so the choice was made to place a roll-out projection screen in front of the window. In this way, the customer has daylight in the room during the day and a nice view, and when the customer wants to watch a film, he can lower the screen in front of the window.
Another great project we did was in Biberach, Germany. Here we installed a movable floor with an integrated staircase across the entire width. The ideal solution for allowing several people to enter the water at the same time. In Zaltbommel, a new swimming pool has been built that will be put into use on 19 November 2021. This is De Sportwaard swimming pool. The Variopool engineers have also done their work in this beautiful pool and the pool now also has a new movable floor.
