This is our colleague Lars van der Velden. He is a planner at Variopool.
A planner at Variopool supervises the entire project from the transfer from the sale up to 1 year after completion. The supervision of the project can be divided into several phases: transfer of sales, engineering, purchasing, implementation, delivery, and transfer of service and maintenance. He is the first point of contact for the client and monitors together with the Sr. Project Manager monitors the planning and budget of the project. During the delivery of the project, a planner makes sure that all last-minute details have been checked and everything is in place.
Training and instruction on site
After completing the assembly of Variopool during the execution of the project, it is Lars’ job to do the handover with the client. The products are officially handed over to the client and the end user is given training in their use. In the picture, Lars is giving instructions after the completion of a project in Tiel.
